Don Ajello, Sculptor

Don Ajello is a sculptor based in northern California, Santa Rosa area. His work embodies whimsical, fantasy, and surreal symbols and he feels equally satisfied working in a range of materials such as bronze, wood and ceramics. He chooses to create both functional and non-functional sculptures. As a Vietnam Veteran, Mr. Ajello was strongly affected by that war and is currently working on a series related to the topic of war and its disturbing consequences on our planet. He is being represented by Quicksilver Mine Co. Art Gallery in Forestville, California.
